Ripoff Fraudulent charges, nothing but a BUNCH OF THIEVES!

Charges were put on my credit card that I did not make in June, Aug. And again in Sept. Of 2004. I have been calling them since July at first they were very helpful, even gave me a confirmation # and told me to call back in 30 days if I didn't get my refund, which amounts to $179.34. I have been calling back every month since then, over one year. I can't believe that companies can get away with this, I need the refund to buy propane! You can make sure that I go over each charge that is made with a fine tooth comb. Now all I get when I call the number is either a answering machine or someone that barely speaks english and she gives me the same crap every time, tells me that the refund would be sent out within a week. That has been going on since Oct. 2005. Any help getting my money returned would be greatly appreciated.
