Ripoff, dishonest fraudulent billing

I have a same experience like other. That happend to me in February. They offer me for Free Gas claim $200 and gave my Checking account information (I should not give my checking account information). Later American Value took $1.95 from my account 3 times (Feb 2). I was charged from my checking account
$ 79.95 from Amazing Washball on Feb 2
$139.90 From Wellnet on Feb 12,
$124.90 from Utalk Unlimited on Feb 17

I cancel to service immidiately after I saw the charges from Amazing Washball but still got charges on Feb 12 and Feb 17. I keep calling and cancel all the services. Since from that time, I keep calling but I got same answer like they will put me on special attention and it took 72 hours. Then I called again please wait 2 to 3 weeks and my refund check will be mail to me.

I got the refund from Washball $79.95 (Check dated on July 13).

But I could not get any refund from others.
