If you are a victim of this fraudulant company and are trying to get a refund, BE PERSISTENT and don't give up. Make sure you report the problem to your bank or credit card company asap. Keep calling them, even if you get their answering machine message. If you get that answering machine, hang up and keep calling back. And calling, and calling... They get charged for the 800 # everytime someone calls, HEHEHE I did this, and eventually they picked up the phone. If they tell you they are going to refund your $, make sure you talk to as many of their 'supervisors' (ya, right), and let them know you are going to report them to the BBB and other agencies. They will probably tell you that they cannot refund your shipping charges. Well, why should someone have to pay for shipping on something they didn't order, like 4 vaccuum cleaners??? Insist on getting a full refund. Eventually, I did get my refund. I don't think I will ever order anything like this again.
