Ripoff for the amount of $349. Now I can't even get thru to them because the phone is disconnected

On May 4th Mr. Ron Anderson called me and tried to get me to purchase the credit repair kit. I told him that I really could not afford $349.95 but he insisted that I could put off one of my bills and get this kit then when
I got my credit cards that I could pay the bill with them.

He did assure me that I would be accepted by major credit card companies. It took a good month for me to get the package, and when I did I called the credit card companies that they supplied in my kit. I was turned down. I tried to call Mr. Anderson but instead spoke with a gentelman with the first name of "Shawn". He then told me to give him til Monday, which was around June 21st and if he could not get me accepted that they would refund me the full amount.

I gave him a call on that Monday but then proceeded to talk to a Mr. Michael Adams. He then told me that my refund would be forwarded to my savings account in which that is where they took my money from. I then keep calling them and they would tell me that they would have to put a tracer on my refund. Finally Michael tells me that I have to write a refund letter with the verification #895852 and then it should only take 12 hours after receiveing my letter.

I wrote the letter and mailed it on August 3. I called August 11th to see if they had received my letter. Then Michael tells me that all refunds are being sent on August 28th. That same day I get my letter back for bad address. Which I sent it to the address that they told me to send it. I again tried calling to talk to Mr. Anderson, Michael answers and I tell him whom I am and he tells me to call Ron back in 10 minutes and hangs up on me.

I feel like I have had the run around since the first day. I have gotten my self in to deeper debt and all I want is my money that they were suppose to refund. The only number I have to contact them at is: 1-877-736-9522. I turned them into the BBB but their letter was also returned for bad address. I tried calling them back and the phone has been disconnected. I have been ripped off by this company. What can I do? Thank you...
