Ripoff dropping calls will not allow cancelation after 8 months

T n c i is our t one provider we have nothing but problems with there service the calls consitantly drop they never can seem to find or fix the problem we have had there service for over 8 months i just want to cancel there service but of course that causes problems i have documation with all the numerouse times i have called had them test lines still nothing.
