Crystal Line Security ripoff, scam

Ok I recieved this letter today and it looked like this and in the back drop is stamped copy original in both english and spanish. The whole thing looks like it was done on a home computer with the exception of the stamp in the background which makes me think they scanned this item.

I had also recieved a letter back in August that I was being entered into an international lottery on both cases there was no return address on the letter and my name printed on the address sticker and the stamps were from spain on both counts. But the letter reads:
