Ripoff dropped calls NO ANSWERS FOR THE LOUSY SERVICE

I cannot use my Verizon phones in my house without it dropping calls. They said they sent a technician out to check the area for reception and found no problems. The Verizon technicians decided it had to be the phone. So, they sent me another set of phones. My first call to my sister dropped 3 times within 5 minutes. Needless to say I want out of this contract.

I have my own business and cannot use my phone at home. I have only had the service for 6 months. 15 days is not long enough to get a complete analogy of the service. I am willing to do whatever it takes to get out of this contract. I have the family plan and like others am charged for these dropped calls.

Do not get verizon they have no answers for the lousy service... Their policy states your problem is their problem. True, but what do they do about our problem?
