Credit Card Ripoff Artists

My wife and I fell for the scam from this company offering a credit card. After we paid the $299 fee, we soon realized that the "package" we were waiting for had been delivered back to the company. Since then I have been on the phone calling these people on a daily basis and have been getting the runaround ever since. I was told that we would receive our package during the first week of November and that quickly changed to the week of Thanksgiving. I am here today writing this because we have not yet received our "package" and believe that we have been scammed by this company. I have been calling them for weeks on end trying to get a tracking number so that we are able to track the "package", however, there has been excuse after excuse as to why they are unable to give us a tracking number. I suggest to anyone who receives a call from these people to just hang up the phone and not listen to the amount of bull that they are giving you. You will not receive the card that you were hoping for. I am in the process of filing a lawsuit against these people, the ACH prcessing company, and possibly our bank if they do not help me to obtain the hard-earned money that we paid for this complete BS! Fellow consumers, watch out for these ripoff artists, because they will get you.
