Ripoff Credit File Segregation Scam

The name of the company is "Credit Solutions Fresh Start" they claim that we never had to use our SSN for credit and it is a law that we can file for a business tax ID and obtain credit cards, home loans and car loans with our new tax ID while they fix our bad credit. They promise that for $99 one time fee you will receive 2 credit cards worth $1500, your new tax ID and free credit clean up. I remember checking the website and found it is illegal to sign up for a EIN number same as Tax ID for purposes of new credit report. They offer to get you listed with Dun and Bradstreet so you can begin applying for credit right away. I spoke with Kevin and Mark who promised once the money was paid I would receive my package overnight.

I am a independant contractor and thought what they were saying was true because I do see alot of people using business accounts when signing up for credit and I was told by the company I worked for as an independant contractor to get a EIN since I am working for myself. I fell for the scheme and sent money for the package only to find at first I did not receive a package next day. Then I called and left a message telling them I checked with fedex and they confirmed a package was never sent. I received a call back from a Mark who sounded angry because I did some checking he gave me a tracking number and said the original package was returned to them and he promised I would receive a $100 refund in the package. I received the package but no credit cards, no tax Id number and no check for $100 refund. I only received a book telling me how to file for tax Id and apply for Dun and Bradstreet report. Watch out for any claims by any company claiming they can clean your credit report by giving you a new ssn. I found you can go to jail for filing fraudulent claims by illegally replacing your ssn with and other number.
