Credit card ripoff

I accepted to sale pitch that I would receive a MasterCArd with $5000.00 credit limit. They took $299.00 out of my checking account, and the package came 30 business after.

The package contained only a coupon book and flyiers to save money which most was of no good in Alaska and a note the a application for a Stored Value MasterCard application would be sent to you in 10 days, then it would be up to two weeks before receiving the card. I never heard of a Stored Value MasterCard and the more I learned you had to put money in an account before the card was any good, another name for a bank debit card.

I called them and they said return the package for a refund in 30 days. I called them in 30 days and at that time they said, 30 business days. I called them in 30 days and aperson Named Hope say they would request a refund from the company for me and that the company would call me with 24 hours and let me know when and if they would refund my money, She said, we don't work for the company, just take call for them. Next she hand me off the her supvisor which was a guy, in a bad way he basicly say write the company for more informaion don't call this number again, this case is closed and hung up on me.

I know know now to late that this compnay is scamming people and using what means to avoid giving money back. According to the Federal Trade Commission's Telemarketing Sale Rule, it is against the law to ask you to pay maoney, or make paymnet, for their service until you get your credit or loan and it is against the law to use the US Postal servive for this scam fruad againt the people.

I beleive they ripped me off for $299.00 had no intent to provide a $5000.00 credit or any useful package and will do everything they can to keep the money.

If you get a call from Solow Solutions, Inc about a credit card, hang up in the suckers don't even talk to them. They are a scam for sure and once they have your money it all over..
