Ripoff! Failure to receive package and avoiding phonecalls! Ripoff

This company took my money on the 2nd of june! They said that the card would be here in 10 working days from the time the payment was taken out.

When i called them they said that it changed to 15 working days. I said fine! So then 15 working days have gone and i still have yet to receive the package or receive a telephone call from them.

So i call fedex and try to receive a tracking number. They said they had nothing on the company. Then i call the company to see if they had a tracking number and they said they didnt have it at the time. So i keep calling and callin and calling! They still avoid me by saying "due to the number of calls we will have to have a representative call you back". If they are receiving phone calls... I wonder why!
