Ripoff damaged claim denied

I shipped 2 computers with fedex in september. Both were damaged on arrival in gary, indiana. Contacted fedex and started the claim process. Teresa miklos sent a reply stating another carrier transported the items. My claim is denied. Case #0912516448 has been changed to #1020518876.
