Doesn't ship, you only receive the run around

Ordered a media cabinet on 8/25/05 and they gave me a ship date. This date has changed so many times I have lost count. The lasted date was 10/24/05 not shipped. Even got confirmed dates it will be shipped on. All I want is my cabinet, not the run around. Talked to pam a supper got no were as I knew I would. Have sent A lot Of emails calls. Nothing. I was told at time of order it was in stock and would be shipped in 30 days. Its been two months. See if you can help. Thanks
