I ordered this product on a 14 day trial 4/12. Ship date was 4/18. My 14 days started order date. They charged my cc 4/30.14 days from order date. Called 2x to customer service and both were rude. Told me it was my responsibility to call them if I did not receive the product. Says clearly on my order shipped 4/18. You would think they would start their 14 days after the ship date since they control when product is shipped! You can tell by talking to their customer service people they are rip off artists. Funny-I was going to keep the product until I called customer service. I hate to give a company like this my business.
