Took my money the first day, and I'm still waiting for a computer over a month later

I ordered a computer for $799 on June 19th. I was told it would be shipped out on the 9th of July since they don't build it til it's ordered. The 9th came around and it still wasn't shipped. They gave me the excuse that they were moving to a larger location and that they were a week behind. I thought that was a legit reason and I understood.in this case They gave me a second ship date and said it would be free overnight delivery to make up for the lost time.

They didn't make the second ship date, so once again I emailed them and they said "We expect it to go out on Wednesday". I'ts now Friday, and they haven't responded to any of my emails in 4 days, and they haven't sent me a sent me a tracking number which leads me to believe it hasn't been shipped yet. I feel bad, I've tried to have faith in them, and maybe they are just really backed up, should they send me my machine I will retract all that I've said bad about them. But right now it seems I'm being ripped off.
