When I phoned Capital One over the weekend, the recording stated that I owed $34 due by June 16. When I phoned to make my payment on this day of June 16 I was outraged to learn they had added $112 to my account!!! I demanded for the card to be terminated and the dirty b - refused to do so unless I paid $412 upfront!!!
On the weekend, Mack claimed that they didn't have my correct mailing address and this morning, an employee claimed that the mail had been returned when I hadn't recieved my recent statement. They need to get their stories straight!!! I don't believe they can mess up my mailing address TWICE in one year's time and for them to add on ridiculous charges over their own blunder is indeed ROBBERY!!! Capital One must be stopped!
