Kehn, I suggest you file complaints against Capital One, Consumer Complaints, Better Business Bureau and Attorney General. I've filed with each one.

Some guy named Bruce phoned me on the morning of June 20 from Capital One's "financial solutions" claiming that they would be sending me a statement within 2-3 days so I could make a minimum payment of $20 but of course they never bothered to send it. I have to give them my mailing address each time I phone them and I find it hard to believe that they could keep screwing up my address. When I spoke with Bruce, he didn't have my correct mailing address. When I spoke with some idiot on June 16 and complained that they hadn't sent me a statement in the past two months, the idiot claimed my mail had been getting returned to them. WHen I spoke with an employee on June 12 he claimed that they didn't have my correct address. These dirty pigs are OBVIOUSLY lying and just trying to get extra money out of people by ANY MEANS they can.
