Moving ripoff

We moved from massachusettes to florida 11 months ago using this company. They were late delivering our goods, made us pay cash, lost a large amount of our things. When asked what to do to get them back, they said that we should file a claim with the hollywood florida office and we would be taken care of.

When we contacted them, we did all the required things to complete the claim, they refused to sign the registered letters, stalled as much as they could, and when we finally confronted them that we would drive to hollywood and pick up our check, they sent a fax stating that they were not responsible for our losses, since we signed the papers at the time of the delivery.

This took 10 months of fighting with them over the phone, by mail, and after they told us our claim had been approved, they did this.

This company is the most dishonest business we have ever seen. No one should have to go through this when they move.
