Do not ever use this company! Public Van Lines messed up our contract, then refused to correct it. They also charged us extra for things we did not approve of until after the work was done and truck was loaded. They told us our items would be moved only one time, but they were moved twice. All told, they charged us over $1600.00 for what they quoted to be an $800.00 move, and they damaged over $3000.00 worth of our items. Their insurance company offered us $45 to cover our losses. We are still fighting for retribution after nearly 3 months now and Public Van Lines is claiming no wrong doing. Do not use this company ever!
