They are liars, scam artists and also work together with their insurance co. To scam and rip off their clients

This company should be put out of business along with their insurance company!

I used this company to move from AZ to CA over a year ago and am still battling it out with them. They arrived late even after they requested to come early. Arrived 6 hours late on pick and also on delivery. They under estimated the weight SO BEWARE AND NEVER USE A MOVING COMPANY THAT GOES BY WEIGHT OR CU. Ft. JUST GET THE WHOLE TRUCK WITH ONE PRICE THAT INCLUDES EVERYTHING.

They damaged and totally destroyed almost all of my things. I took out the extra insurance and they denied the claim because the mover would not let me fill in the paperwork and go over all the damaged items. He was a scammer from the beginning. Upon the pickup he said that if I did not sign the papers they would unload everything right on my front yard and driveway so I was stuck and had to sign it. Then upon their LATE arrival it was starting to get dark out. I noticed all kinds of damaged items and he said that he would just deny it. Then he was constantly calling me into rooms where no one was around and made sexual remarks. Then during the move he all of a sudden disappeared for over an hour and then I asked if he was sleeping somewhere. Yes of course he was in the truck in the cab sleeping and then came in and was half asleep. Then when they were done he would not let me have the papers to go over the damaged items but again made me sign or said they would take everything with them. So I had to put it on my friend's credit card as mine was over drawn already because of their error.

If you want all your things destroyed this is the company to use and then get charged more than double the original amount.

Then try to collect from them and the insurance company is another joke. I worked with Sean Mor at the company and he said no e-mails just would do calling because he did not want any paper trails to have proof of their scam. Then he tells me just months ago that he went to the insurance company because they fired the mover because of complaints and said he got it resolved and they would be paying me close to $7,000. Which was not what the claim was actually for but I just wanted it done and over with. This went on for months on end. Then he said he finally got the tracking number where the check was and I was supposed to receive it any day. Any day never came.

So please do not ever use this company for anything unless you want your things destroyed. They should be put out of business along with their insurance company!!!
