Failed to deliver services, would not respond to email or phone calls ripoff Keyser West Virginia

On March 28 I requested from this online Investigative Service, an advanced reverse search of a cell phone number. The service stated that results would be sent in 24-48 hours, although an advanced search may take longer.

The purchase was advertised to deliver Name, Address, DOB, Middle Name, SS#, Current telephone number and verification, Past Phone Numbers (which I know are available), AKA's (which I know SUB is using), vehicles (would have been a quick DMV check), Real Estate Owned (County Records run for title), Associates, Federal Judgments, etc.

I emailed the service on March 31st and asked when the report would be available, no reply. I emailed again on April 2nd, no reply. I called the phone number, left a message, no reply. On April 12th, I received an email with the name of the SUB, misspelled, the work address and nothing more.

I sent another email requesting that verification of the surname be done, no reply. I emailed again and asked for the rest of the information to be sent, no reply. I received with the misspelled surname, a long drawn out statement that says the $179.99 was for time spent on the investigation and that the name had been sent to me for free.

Public People Finders are a SCAM. They do not communicate or avoid putting anything in writing! They or (he or she) have fully misrepresented their services on their website, the service or product offered is not delivered. If I can't make it to West Virginia this summer, I think I will have a Private Investigator look them up.
