Dj Lil Cee I paid for a service and didn't receive it. He doesn't reply to my emails

On Feb 13th I purchased Dj services from this website called TheDjdrops.com. After I purchased the service I didn't receive an email or nothing notifying about any other information concerning my purchase. I emailed the Dj and asked him about it and he said it's going to take 2 weeks until I receive the service.

I waiting and 2 weeks. I didn't receive an email or anything. I emailed him within the middle of the 3rd week and all he said was " Everything was sent out and then he asked me for my id number to the purchased. When I paid for the service I didn't receive a id number for the purchase.

I have proof that I paid for it. I have the receipt. I received nothing. I asked for a refund and since then he has stopped responding to my emails. I sent more that 2 emails asking him but he doesn't reply. I don't want the service any more all I want now is my money back I am very upset about this website.
