I was said that the company will help place all the machines and only I will have to periodically supply the coffee. Nothing like that ever happened. Within two - three mths the company sales staff stopped contacting me and when I called again and again my phone calls would not be answered. Seems to me that they just reselling you a bunch of machines, then why r they calling themselves a franchise if they cannot stand along or do any advertising.
