Wireless ripoff, misled, rude, liars, do not followup Wallingford

Make a long story short. Verizon sucks!!! Their business practices are unacceptable! I'm finally getting a lawyer!

My issue has been going on for over 2 years!!! However they can not get rid of me so easy. I was complaining about my phone service and the defective phone I got for awhile. When finally my phone stopped working yet I was still being charged for who knows what.

They then decide to cancel my service yet hit me with early termination fees. I don't feel that I should have to pay. Also a clerk at their meriden location blindsighted us in resigning a contract that was up in a few months prior. We thought we were changing from plan a to plan b. While they we're trying to "fix" my phone.

When we found out a few months later that we had "resigned" for 2 more years and I had a non workable phone they cancelled us and charged us. I've written letters and called many times. Never got a response from them.

They then placed me in collections. When I would file a dispute with the collection company and written them letters. They go ahead and change collection companies so that I would have to start all over. Tthey think that I will finally back off guess what verizon I would rather pay an attorney 5 times as much as I owe you just so you wouldn't get away with this any longer. You've screwed me and others but no more!!!
