Rip-off travel. Beware of travel agents from hell

I have had the sad opportunity to have done business with this travel company named (CRUISE HOT LINE) has been the worst travel experience I have ever had. We (my wife and I) have used this company on three different occassions and all have been intolable. The first time they had all the rooms on the ship booked incorrectly and had forgotten to book a senior that had paid in full and had a ticket. But being forgiving people as we are we forgave, the nest time after taking a group of fourty people they cheated us on what was promised to us for taking the group and when bought to their attention, became very rude.

Think that would have done it for us but yet again we tried to work it out with these people and this time they just had our people believing that they were booking with us but in essence they were booking directly for themselves.

This is a short version of what has happened to us. Just be for warmed... Stay away from cruise hot line and the sales women dolly... No matter how nice she pretends to be don't trust her...
