Coral Beach Travel
We paid Coral Beach Travel to book a cruise for our family to be scheduled for May recevied confirmation for cruise then Coral Beach cancelled cruise with cruise line without informing us they had done this and without a refund of our monies

We paid $1002.00 to book a family cruise after paying $398.00 for the travel package. Once the cruise was booked coral beach sent us a confirmation number, cabin number etc. When it got closer to cruise time I called them to ask about our documents and was talked to rudely tellilng me as long as I had my confirmation letter I was good to go. I then contacted the cruise line only to find out they had booked it cancelled it rebooked it and cancelled it yet again. Fortunately for us we found out about a week in advance and made other travel arangements. We do have a complaint filed with the state of FL and if you need the info Florida travel bureau has been very helpful for us in providing the info needed to file a claim with the state of FL.
