Said we could get dsl and later said we could not get it. Ripoff! Suffolk

It looks like a company as big as Verizon would keep their employees up to date on things, so that when someone had a question they could answer it or at least give the person a number where they could get the answer.

All they have is this stupid automated system so that you don't get a chance to talk to a real person to help solve your problem.
