I absolutly HATE VERIZON FIOS, they do have the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE i have ever seen in my life, you have to spend hours with them on the phone just to get anything done or accomplished. Then when you finally talk to somebody they DONT HELP you or other family members if they are not on the account you signed up for, they say that your (not authorized) on the account, now HOW STUPID is that? Another thing i HATE about verizon is there (AUTOMATED VOICE SYSTEM) you have to go throught all these voice menus just which takes for ever before you can talk to someone or a representative. Why cant someone just answer the phone to start with you call the company? Then we orderd DVR'S which we didnt want, so we traded out for a $100 prepaid gift card which takes 90 days to get an thats if you pay or bill on time. Thats absolutly rediculous to take 90 days just to get some gift card, how crazy is that. I would NEVER sign up for FIOS ever again, GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE, (Time Warner, direct tv ETC.)
