I spent more than an hour trying to cancel 3 magazine subscriptions and after talking to other businesses that work with them I learned how to get around the automation.
1. Call 1-800-586-7068
2. On the first question press the number 2
3. On the second question, even though you are not given the option, press the
number 0
4. On the third question answer NO
This will get you to another automated question and answer so answer the first question then press the star button and you'll finally get to talk to a real live person. I think it should be illegal the way they conduct business.
