Never use fedex - an otg

I ordered an item via Amazon and it was shipped through fedex from Delhi. When I contacted the customer care in Bangalore, they said the vehicle had broken down. Then they said it had not yet arrived in Bangalore though their tracking services showed it had. When I called to fing out whether they could deliver it in the morning instead of later in the day, they were extremely rude and banged the phone down. They did that several times. After mailing them I got a whole lot of apologies but they stuck to their stand and refused to deliver as promised. They are a bunch of IDIOTS who don't care about their customers as long as their payments are made... A total showdown. Customer care agents are worse than fish mongers for the language they use...
