Horrible customer service

When purchasing a jersey I wanted to use my gift card that I received for Christmas. I did not take note of the salesperson name however employee # on sales slip is 0065471. She tried to talk me into using my Talbots charge vs. The gift card. When I said I preferred to use the gift card she made a sour looking face & frowned. I assume part of their commission is having customers use the Talbots charge. I love Talbots but do not love being treated poorly. After the transaction finished she handed me the bag looked at me without smiling & instead of thanking me she said "there you go".
I am "re-thinking" about continuing to shop at that particular Talbots.
