I purchased over $100 in the Express store at Lakeline Mall in Austin, TX. I loved it, so I went back to purchase another outfit. They did not have my length (short), so they recommended online. It was right in time for Black Friday, so I was able to get a 50% off on an order totaling $250 for myself. I ordered yet a 3rd purchase the next day of $150 for my husband for a whopping total of $500 in one month at one store BEFORE Christmas! Well, Express did not appreciate my business. When I called to report a lost package after 2 weeks, they realized the error, but only offered to send what WAS STILL IN STOCK, and refund/replace what wasn't. Apparently they thought that I should pay FULL price for any replacement item because the representative only offered to honer the discount when he heard my frustration. Eventually (30 minutes later), a supervisor reluctantly offered a $25 gift card for the inconvenience - of course I accepted it. It is Christmas and I can give it away because I will NOT BE SHOPPING WITH EXPRESS again after this lack of customer appreciation. Admit your mistakes, apologize, and offer to make it right guys!!
