Do not use this online store

I used this online store before Christmas to purchase a copy Hermes style wallet for my wife. I paid an amount of 76.30 by credit card after finding the item and seeing that it was in stock. A wek later, I received an email telling me that in fact the item WASN'T in stock and wasn't likely to be for 2 months. I was offered a refund which I accepted. After 2 weeks of chasing them, I eventually received the refund into my credit card account. However, the amount that I received was only 69.48, meaning that they underpaid me by 6.82.

I have mailed them many times with regard to this and I was first told that i could take a month for the remaining money to hit the account (the excuse they used first time) and then I was told that it was a deduction of the fee charged by the bank. I'm sorry, but this fee should be paid by the company. If I am offered a refund, then I expect a refund of the full amount - as most of us would.

Now, I can't be sure this IS abank fee or whether they have just decided to keep my money.in either case, I would not use them again and I would actively discourage anyone else from doing so as well.
