Intimidating/sarcastic customer service

I went to Lenscrafters Mission Viejo mall branch on march 3. I was able to purchase my package but had to re order the frame since it has scratches. Barbara said that it will take 2 weeks and so i agreed. I went back on the 3rd week to check that status (they have not followed up with me) and said that it might take 2 months. There was no initiative on the part of the staff (he is asian in a suit) to do something about it... Does not care about customer service. So i finally called the branch on the 4 th week. So i suggested if i can just use initially the frame there and switch to the new one when it comes. Heather (by phone) agreed. I went there and the staff named HECTOR was very sarcastic to deal with me. First, i just explained that "the frame has scratches so i had to wait" and he responded sarcastically with " yes, i know" then i was still holding my glasses and he consistently asked me " do i need to make an adjustment? Do i need to make an adjustment?" speaking of COMMON SENSE, how would i know? When i have not worn them and i was inspecting it. It pissed me and he would sharply stare at me and so i did the same to him. Very horrible customer service!!! He should be fired! He intimidates customer. Lenscrafters business will go bankrupt if you tolerate this. Then i asked that he document to make sure that i get the new frame. Still he was sarcastic and continuedly gave me his stare which i returned as well. I swear things will go bad to lenscrafters if you dont improve your service. And all the staff who are arrogant to customers will suffer the consequence (something bad) and i WISH they will!!!
