The glasses I purchased only 10months ago have ended up being a defective frame. When I returned to the store for help I was told it was normal wear and offered -15% on the purchase of the same frame. Why would I want to spend an addition $200 on the Same frame? The manager did not even offer to speak to me. I consider this poor service and wonder how they expect customers to return?

Lenses cut wrong and put into wrong frames... Twice!

Split frames two times in a month. Second time I returned glasses and was charged $50. Returned glasses and lost the $50. The lens were very poor, foggy to see through, only a month old
