Lenscrafters Horrible customer service
Lenscrafters BAD experience, turns out the associates earn commission, talk about skewing their customer service! - Prescripton eye glasses

Lenscrafters attendant, Ray, in Northtown Mall, Coon Rapids MN wouldn't write down information about the frames we chose. He said he would keep it on file and all I would have to do is call back and he would have the information. I called back to order the glasses. Ray wasn't in that day and there is no record keeping such as what I described. I learned they just write a name on frames and "throw them in a bin" and return them to the shelf after 3 days. So, I asked if Ray gets commission on frames sales. Guess what, HE DOES! That's why he wouldn't write the information down for me. So, now I don't know what style/order info... To use to get the frames for my son. Now I have to get him bck into a store to find other frames. Lots of wasted time (oh... My wasted time, not lenscrafters. But it doesn't seem Lenscrafters is concerned about MY inconvenience.! Another thing, the person I spoke with on the phone, Shane, would answer some questions with "well, to be completely honest with you..." Makes me wonder why sometimes he's completely honest with me and other times, who knows???
