Purchased glassed 12/17, next day picked up lenscrafters doc wrote down wrong prescription. Went back next day after doc fixed error only to wait for the sales associates to locate my order. When they found my paperwork my glasses were not there so they me I already took them home. After getting that mess fixed, the sales rep had trouble fitting me for the new glasses on their new high tech machine so he had to go back to the old way of fitting the glasses in the frame. A week later got a call saying my glasses were cut wrong & they would rush my order thru their factory and I would have my glasses in 4 days. Its now Dec. 30th & no glasses. They are telling me January 2 maybe... This store is extremely disorganized. Sales reps are constantly walking around looking for customers glasses/paperwork.in additional, the sales reps greet you and say they will be right with you but that could be a very long wait.
