Has Rediculous Overage Charges ripoff since holidays are not treated as Sundays

First of all T-Mobile treats national holidays as regular weekdays and not as holidays. The also have outragesly high overage charges of $0.40 per minute, which is much more than other mobile providers such as Sprint.
