Discovered today, 16 July charges from My Mobile Care (MMC) for their claim on subscribtions to "True Digit" and "Game Theory" to my cell phone bill. I first contacted T-Mobile about the unauthorized charges. They provided the phone numbers to contact MM C directly. I advised T-Mobile that I would not be paying these charges. Now or ever!
I then called My Mobile Care, waiting for over 6 minutes (not long but after the third call on this type of problem, two of which were with My Mobile Care, too long.
After politely listening to their reasoning, I informed MMC that I was not concerned with their problem nor their internal processes, I was not paying any of their charges. I also informed them of my contact with T-Mobile and they best save their money, time and efforts on this matter. I would not pay, I douted T-Mobile would pay either.
T-Mobile stated the charges come to them as Third Party charges. Some ligitimate, others not. T-Mobile has been working hard to clean-out the scum of these cell phone service providers and are making headway, but still have a way to go.
I am NOT a T-Mobile employee, just an 8 years customer and this was my first issue with them in that time and it was simple and fast at their end. Almost so with MMC.
