Ripoff Bait and Switch! Salesperson had me sign one page of a three page contract, and changed the other pages without my consent No signature on the other pages, yet T Mobile is trying to enforce bogus contract!

I signed-up for a one-year, 5000 minute per month plan (plus unlimited nights and weekends), and was somehow contracted to a 1000 minute per month plan (plus unlimited nights and weekends). As mentioned above, the paper I signed was one page of three, and did not contain the billing data, the page containing the billing data required no signature!

Upon receipt of my very first bill, I noticed the error and contacted T Mobile to correct the problem; they refused.

I have always opted for the highest rate plans available (at least 3000 minutes); in this case I was billed for 2700 minutes of usage (1700 over the contract limit @ $. 40/minute = $680 overage charge).

I was in shock that T Mobile wouldn't honor my request, and am now convinced there may be some kind of scam occurring with the salespeople wherein they receive commission based on customers' bills, so they might be tempted to intentionally downgrade a customer's account in hopes of receiving commission on a lot of overage charges.

My first month's bill was almost $900 for T Mobile to ignore my request to adjust to plan for which I originally requested is a slap in the face (the customer is always right), and highly unusual in the industry, as I've called three other carriers to compare policies. For the record, most carriers will retroactively adjust up to three months!

Come on T Mobile, wake up.
