I have encounter a very difficult time with this merchant;started from early January until now, try to fit the appointment but never turn up, dozen and dozen of no-reply sms, no answering calls, since it is so difficult to fit just one appointment, so I decided to get my refund since II haven¡®t use the voucher at all. They don¡®t take up phone calls, even if they answer and promise to call back but never, promise to refund twice but postpone and postpone again with empty promises, in the end not even don¡®t answer calls at all. I called the living social, and they said they already paid them the money for the service that they never deliver! What a better word to describe them other than cheater!
