Living Social-Worst Customer Service I've ever received

Living Social misrepresented a voucher and when I called the merchant to redeem it, I received clairification which made me change my mind about using that service. However, since I did not attempt to redeem my voucher within 7 days, a refund was not an option. I spoke to 4 different customer service representatives, two of which were supervisors, and was told their supervisor did not take phone calls and they would not give me their supervisor's name. This was $350 worth of voucher and I intend to write a letter to their corporate office in DC, which I'm sure will never be responded to. Until then, I intend to spread the word to anyone and everyone to use Groupon and never, never use Living Social again. From the looks of the other reviews here, I should have looked here first.
