I've read a lot of bad reviews about Living Socials refund policy and customer service. I was pleased with my service. I purchased a livinsg social escape and few days later returned it becuase it was not going to work out with the dates. I called customer service and while it took a few minutes to get through my rep, Johnathan, was very nice and professional. He tried to get in touch with the merchant to make sure I had not made a reservation while I was on the phone. He was unable to and put in a case number. I also contacted the merchant to ask them to contact living social. I received a refund 2 days later.
