I purchased a Living Social deal for three microdermabrasion treatments. After the first of my three microdermabrasion visits my skin was red and irritated. I have had microdermabrasion treatments before and the irritation went away after a few hours. I decided to give the medspa a second chance, but was unable to get in touch with them to schedule an appointment. I left several messages over two weeks and received only one callback (which went to my voicemail - when I call them back several minutes later I got their machine, again). To this day I cannot get in touch with them.

I wanted a refund - primarily due to the poor quality of the medspa's service but also because of their terrible customer communication/service - and have emailed Living Social's customer service THREE times over the past few weeks. No response! Truly unbelievable.
