Tagret Ellicott City, Maryland - Holds Staff Meeting during store hours so there are no employees available to help customers

On a regular basis, the Target in Ellicott City, Maryland holds their staff meetings right when the store opens - in the main aisle no less (do you walk through the meeting or around it???) so there are NO staff available on the floor to answer questions or help customers. I spoke with the store manager, Sabrina, who seemed very unconcerned. Her comment?"Retail is different." My response to that is: so are other stores. I can do my shopping at those stores were staff are available to help customers.
