Target staff was very rude to me and my mother when we bought Baby Shower Thank You Cards that were in the wrong spot at the wrong price. The original price of the cards was $14.99 and the cards were in a $1.79 spot. I went to Guest Services after checking out with my problem, the cashier (Erick) went and looked at the product, found it in the wrong spot and told me that it was not his problem to fix my problem and that he was not going to help me with anything. He moved the other 3 boxes of card that were laying in the same spot that I picked mine up from and started to leave. I told him that I would like to speak to a manager, he said fine. My mom and I were standing in the card section for over 15 minutes before the so called manager (Matt) came to speak with us. Matt the manager was a little bit nicer then the other guy, but still told me that he will not be honoring the price due to that was the customers fault for putting the cards were they don't belong. I told him that there was not only one box there, there were 4 of the same boxes laying there and if its not the right spot for the cards, then your staff should do a better job straightening the store at night. He told me that his staff is doing a fine job straightening the store. So, in other words he blamed me and my mom for placing the cards where we found them. Very unprofessional. This is not the first time that I was treated badly at that store, but I kept telling myself that the next time it will be better. Unfortunately it is only getting better, it is only getting worst and I will not be shopping at Target any more.
I have a Super Walmart that is located near my house and it is the same distance as Target and I will not be recomending anyone to shop at Target any more.
