Attention Canadians paying your Macy"s account - customer service

Canadians be aware of paying by check. They do not accept payment on accounts by Master card etc or direct payment. Kept sending my check back saying bank returned-when I called my bank to see why, I was informed they had no record of return. Macy would give no information other then call me every 2nd day for payment. Was sent 2X and now know macys returned it due to my 8 not being totally closed at the top in my $465.68 that I owed them. This will effect a persons credit rating. Poor service and poor communication. For sake of your credit history -get rid of your card
