AT&T Wireless
LIED repeatedly about Free Trial Offer, No Customer service! Harassment! Rip-off!

Shops, Products, Services

I signed up for FREE Trial Offer with AT&T Wireless over the phone. Two different representatives told me that I would receive a FREE trial for 30 days with two cellular phones. I would be charged nothing for the first 30 days and could cancel free of charge within 30 days.

When I cancelled 21 days later I was told I would be credited for the charges appearing on my bill. The bill came with charges of $137.76 so I called AT&T. Out of frustration we arranged a compromise of $43.21 and I sent their phones back.

The next month I am told I owe $195.34, for my original 21 days of service! I asked to speak with a Supervisor and was promised he would call me. The Supervisor never called me.

I never signed any contract or agreed to pay AT&T anything. They repeatedly LIED and THREATENED my credit rating. They continue to send computer generated HARASSING phone calls, THREATENING letters, and make EXTORTIONIST demands. They consistantly give confused and FALSE INFORMATION and do not yet have record of receiving their phones back.
