Ripoff They will offer you upgraded phones for free to get you to stay with them then charge you for them consumer fraud

When you call cingular to cancel your service and they ofer you top of the line phones to stay just dont do it or you will be in for one heck of a ride, The will send you the phones then a month later they will bill you for them after you call them to ask about the charges they say they can not give the phones for free.

Then when you cancel they bill you for canceling befor your contract is up you see when they send you the phones they tell you, You get them for free with an extended contract it is one big ripoff look out for this one.

It has been 4 to 5 months and I thing I have gotten all the charges taken off, I spent a long time on the phone with 10 to 15 different people and over 20 hours of phone time to get this done. If a phone company offers you free stuff have them fax you a copy of the terms and what you will get.
