PCS ripoff dishonest Fraudulent billing. Free trial was 14 days

I signed up for a free 14 days trial. The salesperson said I would not be charged anything. I specifically asked about any activation fee. The sales person assured me I would not be charged an activation fee for the free trial, but a deposite of $104 for the phones was required. I returned the phones in 12 days and was issued a refund of $104.

Then about 3 months later I received a bill for $49. They said it was the activation fee. I has been 3 years. I went with verizon directly after the free trial with sprint. I called sprint several times explaining what the salesman told me and the records show I returned the phones before the free trial was over. They did not seem to care what the sales person told me. I have had verizon service for two years and it was OK. After the contract with Verison was over I went with CelularOne.
